A casa é maravilhosa, linda, limpa, arejada e bem localizada, entre duas praias lindas e com acesso fácil a tudo (mercado, farmácia, restaurante) pouco tempo do Polo da Barra. Fomos super bem tratados e acessorados tanto pela proprietária Qt pelo caseiro. Sem palavras para agradecer! Maravilhosa!

Local aprazível, silencioso e arborizado. Pequeno condomínio com ambiente familiar. Oferece o que promete. Ótima localização (a poucos metros da praia de Geribá). Zelador do condomínio bastante prestativo. Recomendaria sem dúvidas. Espero retornar em breve.

A ótima experiência inicia desde o contato com a proprietária, super atenciosa e preocupada, a casa é uma delícia, dentro de um pequeno condomínio todo arborizado, o Caseiro tambem é outra pessoa super amável, a casa está em ótima localização, praticamente no meio de Búzios, em 30 min no máximo você está em qualquer praia de lá! Foi tudo perfeito!

Casa aconchegante e condomínio súper arborizado.
A casa é muito aconchegante e bem fresquinha. O condomínio é bem arborizado o que deixa a casa mais ventilada. A praia é muito pertinho....uns 5 minutos. Também a 5 minutos fica o mercado, farmácia e lojas americanas.

A casa fica num condomínio super tranquilo, onde se faz tudo a pé, praia, comércio, da pra ir até o porto da Barra numa boa. Não sentimos falta de nada na casa. Voltaremos com certeza.

Ótima Localização, Limpeza E Ambiente Agradável
Tudo ocorreu bem, desde a limpeza até o conforto. Porém, é importante que se disponibilize roupas de cama e banho sem custo adicional ao hóspede, tendo em vista que são materiais de primeira necessidade e inerentes à hospedagem. Também seria interessante que o corte da grama ocorresse em momento em que os hóspedes não estivessem presentes (em função do barulho) e sem veículos estacionados (em função de possíveis danos à lataria). Agradeço pela experiência e espero ter a oportunidade de retornar futuramente.

Imóvel e estadia impecáveis
A estadia foi maravilhosa! A localização é realmente muito boa, perto das melhores praias e também de um ótimo comércio. Imóvel limpo e organizado, muito aconchegante! Foi um dos únicos que aceitou nossa cachorrinha e também é um ambiente muito bom para os pets: grande e aberto, porém seguro. A comunicação com a proprietária é rápida e ela sempre estava disposta a responder todas as nossas dúvidas! Vale muito a pena, com certeza voltaremos!

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, pertinho da praia de Geribá, mercados e restaurantes. Logo no início da reserva fui muito bem atendida pela proprietária Alda, que nos deu todo o suporte até o fim da viagem!
