Compared to surrounding hotels, estalgem do Porto was better. Clean, cozy, no frills or thrills. Complimentary breakfast, all day coffee/ espresso and snacks were a great touch. the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Conveniently located in the center of town, next to the beach and marina dock. My only issue is was the smell in our room, I would compare it to an old moldy basement. Nonetheless,I would stay here again

Saleté de la chambre et de l'hotel, manque de linge et serviettes, manque de confort au chambre surtout de la literie, pas de douche agréable, pas de parking, pas de coffre, ni securité dans la chambre, personnel perdu, le petit déjeuner raisonable mais avec des produits basse gamme, en resume je ne recommende pas de tout ce hotel...

Esperava mais.
Vou ser sincero, eu esperava mais do quarto. O grande problema do quarto que fiquei eram os móveis bem antigos, tinham formigas em nas mesinhas, no criado mudo ao lado da cama, no guarda-roupa, na cabeceira da cama - vocês precisam trocar esses moveis depois que a pandemia passar. Mas o que mais incomodou foi o rato que fazia barulho toda manhã e toda noite. Como o quarto era no andar de cima - o telhado do quarto era o da pousada. E como os quartos dessa pousada tem uma estrutura parecida com chalé uma das paredes também era de madeira, quando chegava a noite e de manhã o rato ficava andando no telhado e roendo a parede de madeira, era perturbador ficar ouvindo o barulho. Tanto que deixamos a janela do quarto fechada noite e dia, e deixamos sempre o ar condicionado ligado. No final o animal não entrou no quarto, mas não foi por falta de tentativa. A localização da pousada é boa e todos os funcionarios são excelentes. Enfim, gostaria de não ter que citar problemas e dar uma avaliação super-positiva. Mas eu paguei pela estadia, não foi um favor que vocês me fizeram.

Pelo preço poderia ser bem melhor
O quarto tinha pouca iluminação e abafado por ter algumas paredes e o teto de madeira. As janelas são de frente para os outros quartos então não conseguíamos deixá-las abertas para ventilação, não tem ventilador, mas tem o ar condicionado. A tv só funciona alguns canais abertos. O banheiro sempre estava cheirando mal, mesmo com a limpeza sendo feita a cada 2 dias, além de ser bem pequeno e o chuveiro horrível, com pouca pressão da água. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é bom, mas sem variedade. A pousada tem uma aparência de "abandonada". Tem umas vagas de estacionar na frente da pousada, mas os "flanelinhas" sempre ficam cobrando para estacionar ali (nos cobraram 10 reais) todos os dias e algumas vagas são destinadas para os buggies das empresas de turismo.

Café da manhã muito bom, serve a quantidade que o hóspede solicita, evitando desperdício. Tem à disposição dos hóspedes um vestiário que pode ser utilizado mesmo após ter feito check-out, podendo assim aproveitar o último dia de passeio em arraial.

Péssima Hospedagem
Fiquei apenas uma noite, de manhã cedo, no dia seguinte já sai. Não consegui ficar. Simplesmente, a hospedagem antiga, com mofo nos quartos. Tentei reembolso/cancelamento por parte da hospedagem pelo menos dos 2 dias seguintes que ainda tínhamos, porém, não quiseram fazer o reembolso. Solicitei a troca de quarto, porém, estava do mesmo jeito. Já tinha me hospedado no hotel em 2018, porém, não era tão ruim assim. Simplesmente, impossível de dormir, cheiro de mofo, cama molhada, tudo enferrujado, lustre... Ar-condicionado faltando limpar também. Se pelo menos a limpeza fosse feita, ou estive Ok o quarto em relação a limpeza, porém, não foi o que aconteceu. Não recomendo.
