Set in a quiet complex, complete with a pool and a half tennis court. Calinda Sol 6 is a super quick walk to all Byron has to offer. With a coastal feel, the downstairs area comprises of open-plan living, dining and lounge area. Spilling out to a courtyard, the outdoor space is designed to invite shady afternoons chilling out, barbecues and catch ups.

We are delighted to inform you the property has been updated with 2 x new bathrooms upstairs with shower and toilet in each (baby bath available), new carpet, new ceiling down lights and freshly painted.

This three-bedroom townhouse is split over two levels, with open plan living areas on the ground floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has stainless steel appliances and there is a generous northeast facing grass courtyard. This is the perfect property for weekend getaways or a relaxing week-long holiday with friends or family. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, large wardrobe and a balcony which it shares with the third bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan, new ensuite bathroom and single trundle bed suitable for a child.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed, wall fan and wardrobe. There is an additional toilet located on the ground floor. A secure double garage with internal access is available. High chair, baby bath is stored in the under stairs cupboard available for use.

Only 200m from Clarkes Beach and a 10-minute walk to Main Beach and the centre of Byron with all that it has to offer from world-class restaurants, famous pubs, live music and plenty of retail therapy, Calinda Sol 6 is the ideal location for your Byron Bay escape.

Just park the car and walk down to the water to The Beach Kiosk for your morning coffee or smoothie, or up the street to Byron’s iconic Top Shop for their famous fresh burgers and fries, or for the more energetic holidaymaker enjoy a 20-minute stroll to Wategos Beach or a 30-minute power trek up to Byron’s famous lighthouse to view Australia’s most easterly point.

The house is in a wonderful location very close to the beach . It is very tidy and convenient . There is no air conditioning but the sea breeze at night allowed for a good sleep

Lovely stay
Clean and well appointed townhouse. Lovely surrounds, pool was great, quiet neighbourhood, close to beach and walking distance to everything. great amenities, nice bedding and linen. We were there when it was very hot and missed having an air conditioner, but bedrooms were fine at night with ceiling fans. Thanks for a lovely stay!!
