Our cabin was great, and suited our needs. Was lovely watching the wildlife out on the lake. Cabins are not soundproofed well, so could hear connected and opposite neighbours all night. NO WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE CABINS :( Also almost no reception in Byron Bay too.

This was the perfect stay for our little family! The water park and pool were a big hit and the fish and chip van was a lovely option for dinner.. the cafe at the front was beautiful quality .. we loved our stay!

Office Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The cabin window [bedhead] was unlockable and would not close completely and the inside sunshade blinds were moldy and needed cleaning a long time ago. Agreement was to pay with cash on attending site but were charged 4 days in advance and with additional fees and charges by that mob, Expedia Group USA. WON'T BE USING THAT MOB AGAIN.

The park was great; great facilities, great location, great price. We stayed in a superior cabin and it was amazing. When faced with an issue, staff were able to help promptly and in a kind and understanding manner. Highly recommend and cant wait to visit again and bring my kids to enjoy the awesome water park.

This is the first time that we stay in a cabin on a holiday park. The room was much better than we have expected. Supper clean and bright. Very comfortable king size bed. Even comes with a big screen TV and cooktop stove. The location is good, it is about three minute drive to the town center and the famous Byron Bay. The staff at this property are super friendly and helpful. We lost our room keys after dinner. Carl came to our rescue. He opened the door for us. And even provided us with a new second set of room keys within half an hour. This place is great value for the money. Will definitely stay here again in the future when I am in the area. Highly recommended for all.

Water park and the staff were the only thing good about the property. The cabin we stayed in (279) was dirty ( floor got wet so we wiped up the water with one of our towels, towel was then brown from flopr not being cleaned properly), marks all over the walls, damage to the walls, outside chairs broken and when sat on, myself and one of my kids fell over due to screws missing, snake was found the fiest night but staff couldnt do anything about it, my 6 year old was terrified, didnt sleep. Maybe staff could have moved us to another cabin the next day, we stayed 2 nights. Facilities in cabin were lacking, no tongs for BBQ? Overall, kids had fun at the water park, staff friendly enough, but not happy with stay.
