Fuller Holidays presents this beautiful home situated in the heart of Byron township has been meticulously designed for natural light and large open spaces in which to enjoy. Stroll over to the Bay Grocer, General Store and Café’ and to the main shopping centres and restaurants that Byron has to offer. Walk down the lane to Main beach, Clarkes Beach and Belongil in a matter of minutes.

The design allows for families and small groups who are looking for space and privacy with multiple living areas and relaxation being the heart of the experience it offers. The home is fully air-conditioned through-out offering additional comfort and being very generous in size it comfortably accommodates 10 guests.

The spacious living features three lounges with large TV, perfect to relax and chat for guests, plus a second Media room with 75-inch smart TV and lounge area is great for the younger children if needed or alternately allows guests to have private chill out spaces.

A lovely dining area that seats 10 overlooks the gardens and is beautiful to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets across the bay or lovely dinner parties.

The private outdoor garden is fully fenced with landscaped gardens and lawns and has a salt-water sparkling pool to cool off after the beach, keeping the children entertained. A BBQ and selected outdoor seating areas allow everyone to enjoy different spaces.

The home has been fitted out with quality finishes throughout, super comfortable beds and bedding.

There are three master bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms which is perfect for dual families or a group of friends staying.

Upstairs there are three king rooms, downstairs two king rooms.
Four of the King beds can be split if needed into King single beds for group bookings.

Family Christmas 2023
Family of 11 stayed at property for Christmas period. Property was good for size family, good size bedrooms and 2 large living areas. The pool was a great asset and outdoor area was nice. However I feel that for the amount of money paid, simple things like the kitchen needed more utensils and cooking appliances. This was limited and basic. Two bedrooms did not have air conditioning which made for very hot nights. Bathroom showers could do with a really good scrub. Location was good, easy walk to shops and 1.2 km walk to beach. Overall a good stay.

Nothing short of amazing!!
Seaview exceeded of all my expectations. There is so much house for your dollar. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms are many and the amount of living spaces to lounge in was just the best. We also had amazing weather so got to utilise the pool and front garden area. Only wish was that we could stay longer. Would re book again and recommend for large groups of friends and families. It. really has everything you need. Thanks Gail.
