En general todo estuvo bastante bien, lo malo fueron las escaleras, el calentador no funcionaba y una de las piscinas no se podía utilizar. Ah y no había mucha presión de agua. En el área del parking se colocaba la basura y había mucha peste en esa área.

It was a nice place for the price few little things I didn’t like was hallway to go to apartment was dark no lights worked and apartment had some stuff coming out some of the outlets and sliding door in kitchen was broken but overall a decent place to stay

The Check in and check out process is very easy. The pools were nice and clean, but If you want luxury this place is not for you. They provide basic necessities and nothing more. We didn’t even have enough towels for everyone and was told my front desk they were short on towels and couldn’t be provided more (our room was booked for 6). We got an apartment it had two rooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen super spacious for a family of 6. I would stay here again but wouldn’t be my first choice.

1ero.la piscina desde el sabado mega sucia estaba inumanamente sucia habia fiesta los 2 dias y con gente de afuera parking lleno de gente afuera.hable con el frontdesk y sr quedo como si nada, me levanto hoy lunes el hotel sin agua , pregunte y me dijeron que no habia cisterna en fin no regresare nunca a ese lugar . Pediria mi dinero de vuelta

Estancia para dormir e ir de playa, no es un hotel de lujo. Varias playas y restaurantes cercanos en auto, no a pie. La habitacion estaba limpia y aire frio, cama cómoda, pero necesita muchos arreglos. La cerradura no es segura, pero tienen guardia en la entrada. Las facilidades limpias y tranquilas pero necesitan remodelacion. El agua de la ducha es mas fria que caliente, no hay nada de presion para bañarse. No responden el telefono, solo por whastapp, y no responden rapido. Las oficinas de check in solo esta abierta hasta las 5pm, absurdo para personas que vienen de lejos. La persona del counter respondio mis preguntas muy amablemente. Tiene un televisor pequeño y una neverita en la habitacion, hay maquina expendedora de agua, refrescos y picadera. Estacionamiento reducido y la entrada no esta identificada. En fin sirve para ir par de dias de playa, pero no para descansar, se escuchan todos los sonidos de afuera.

Poor bathroom conditions
We had a nice view. The bathroom had no hot water. The ceiling paint above the shower area was peeling off in chunks. It also has a hole between the bathroom and bedroom wall with a fan - that’s the air extractor blowing air from the bathroom to the bedroom.

NO HOT WATER AT ALL SO DONT ASK !! Great location very convenient but poorly maintained property with lots of potential. If you can deal with no hot water and smelly room go for it !
