Our stay was nice. Here's what prevented a perfect score: 1. Pre-check in process. On the day-of our check in, we received an email that our card didn’t process. We had a major flight delay, & were dealing with that on the 'day-of (very difficult to try & deal with both issues in airports/on planes). Later, it was determined that it was a security block by the card's Fraud Team. We used an alternate card for check in. Bottomline - funds were always available on the 1st card. And the matter could've been resolved had the card been charged the day before. 2. We received an email asking for confirmation & signature, but the total amount was incorrect (for both cutrencies). It was a fairly long document. I replied asking for clarity. No response received. In the end, not signing caused no problem. However, it was another issue that would've been nicely welcomed on any day before check in day. 3. There was no iron present. We contacted the property, & requested one. We never received one, nor any follow up as to what occurred. We bought one & donated it and a lot of other toiletries at the end of our stay. An apology for never following up on the iron request and a "Thank you" would've both, certainly been nice. 4. One of the closet panels didn’t slide, & a few of the shades didn't operate. We didn't report, so we are not complaining. Just informational purposes. We would stay again, but we'd get some things organized & confirmed days prior to check in, with management, first.
