Flamingo Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica. The white sand, fun & beautiful waves are all so close to Oceanica, making this condo not only an excellent value but a gorgeous and unforgettable vacation! This condo has unobstructed views of the Pacific ocean and bay overlooking Potrero (to the north), from every spacious bedroom (each with its own walk-out balcony) and living area.

Enjoy this beautiful and bright oceanview condo, as well as easy-to-work-in kitchen loaded with supplies and appliances. Both bedrooms have amazing ocean or bay views, walk-out balconies, aircon, fans and TV's. The master suite has a custom built Guanacaste wood, king size bed with orthopedic mattress, fluffy pillows and designer sheets. Plenty of comfort along with a new flat-screen TV's in each room. Enjoy the extra large bathroom with huge closet space and plenty of room for two in the mornings.

The 2nd, Queen bed and dresser are custom crafted from local woods and created with love & care. There is plenty of closet and storage space, lighting, ceiling fan, TV and of course, air conditioning. Plus 2 walk-out balconies!

The spacious and comfortable living area with plenty of seating is large and centered around the new 50" Smart, flat-screen TV with DVD player. A Smart TV is like having a giant desktop computer at your fingertips. Not only can use the supplied HDMI cable to watch your favorite selections from your computer but you can access all your favorite websites, Google, e-mail, FB, YouTube etc too! It's excellent, new technology available to you. Of course there is wireless internet (WiFi), (including a NEW hi-powered router purchased in 2018), even while relaxing on the covered oceanview balcony with plenty of outdoor seating (1 couch, 2 plush chairs & 2 bar stools and a brand new gas grill).

The kitchen is very workable with eat-in dining table as well as bar seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of utensils, pots, pans and appliances. The owner was a former chef, so there is plenty of cookware, plates, glasses and tons of other cooking and kitchen smallwares. Complete with range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, stainless fridge with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, granite countertops and double sink. It's really a cook's dream! The double stack full-size washer, dryer are located in a separate room behind the kitchen. Use this room for additional storage if needed too. In fact, the kitchen has a large pantry cabinet suitable for storing extra items and large quantities of food. The condo even comes with beach chairs, umbrella, a coolers and beach towels.

Prepare your favorite meals and enjoy the gourmet BBQ gas grill located on the balcony, along with plenty of gourmet cookware and kitchen utensils provided. Oceanica has an elevator, making it easy to transport luggage, groceries or for those who don't like stairs.

Oceanica has plenty of parking, a large community pool with a shower, as well as a rancho for outdoor BBQ's or just relaxing by the pool with the ocean in the background. Oceanica is just a 100 meter walk to the beach and everything Flamingo has to offer, including mini-super grocery store, car rental, restaurants, bars, gift shops, pharmacy, ATM or just the white sand beach of Flamingo!

For the first timer's like us, this was heaven! EVERYTHING you can think of was there at the Condo. From the coffee maker to the spectacular view, it was ALL there! It was on the third floor with a view of everything. Close to the beach, close to the restaurants in that area, and close to the Marina. (Walking distance to all) The Marina which is walking distance, has a great little market, and there is a full market less than 5 minutes away by car. I highly recommend this condo to ANYONE!

Amazing condo in a perfect location
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Playa Flamingo, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, our host, Pamela, was fantastic. She was incredibly prompt with her communication and provided all the details we needed to make our stay seamless. Pamela went above and beyond by sending us a detailed map with clear instructions on how to get to the condo from the airport. She also helped us arrange our rental car and provided a wonderful list of local activities, which made exploring the area a breeze. The condo itself was stunning, featuring amazing ocean views from all the patios. We loved sitting outside, listening to the sound of the waves—it truly felt like paradise. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in the area. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, making it super convenient. The condo is well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels. It even came with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, which was a nice touch! The only thing to note is that there isn’t a clothing iron available, so if you need one, bring a steamer. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Pamela, for making our trip so memorable!

Condo was perfect. All the basics you needed were supplied and the views were unbelievable. Flamingo is a great vacation spot. Beautiful beach, great restaurants/bars and the locals are so friendly. Pamela met us at condo at check-in and told us everything we needed to know about the condo and area. She also helped us with airport transportation and tours. Perfect host. Amazing condo, amazing views!
We traveled as a family of four, two adults and two kids. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything you needed to make family meals. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to the Flamingo Marina shops. We rented a car and had an easy time finding parking at the condo. Pamela was very accommodating with the check-in and check-out process. She was easy to communicate with. The pool was a lot of fun in the evenings when we were done playing at the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible! We would definitely come back and stay at Pamela's place.

Great condo, awesome location!
Great condo exactly as advertised with beautiful beach/ocean views from either balcony. Pamela was extremely accomodating and accessible with lots of helpful information. Just a short walk to Playa Flamingo which was never crowded during our stay. The pool was also really nice and well maintained. The complex has security guards and felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo delivers on its description, photos, and more! Pamela is a great host and who made our first trip to Costa Rica a memorable experience. She was responsive and she provided us with plenty of information such as directions, places to go, tours, and information about Playa Flamingo in and around the condo. We showed up prepared to relax and take in everything the area had to offer. The condo itself is very spacious, modern, and clean. It is generously equipped with kitchen supplies to do your own cooking; as well as supplies like beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. These details made it so easy for us to travel light from the US. This condo complex is the closest one you can get to the beach without staying next door at the Margaritaville resort. The views from the condo and the pool are breathtaking! Plenty of parking. Walkable community to grocery, restaurants, shops and the marina. We loved everything about this condo and the area and will definitely be back.

Wonderful property and fantastic host
The property is first rate and was very clean when we arrived. The items stocked when we arrived allowed us to not need to buy some items, that we would only use a few times. The distance to the beach was great even with a long stairway back to the unit. The sunsets were made for this unit, 180 wonderful views. Can recommend as a great property for a stay at Flamingo.

At the risk of decreasing availability of this property for our next trip, we give this property five stars across all categories. The photos and description on the site are 100% accurate. The beach and the town of Flamingo are a short walk from the property. Pamela is a wonderful host and was very helpful with arranging transportation and car rental. A week in Paradise
We absolutely loved everything about this place. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well supplied. You can’t beat the location. Just a few steps from the beach and the most incredible sunsets from the balcony. We loved the small town feel. Many great restaurants and the locals were incredible friendly. We made a trip to Tamarindo, which had many more restaurants and shops, but we definitely preferred the quaintness of Playa Flamingo. Pamela was also fabulous to work with. So helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed several times in Guanacaste and this condo and stay were the best. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach or for a restaurant in the small downtown. Pamela was a great host with any questions answered. Beach chairs, a boogie board and spices/cooking needs exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend for groups of 4 or less.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Oceanica condo and loved every minute of it! The condo and the views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful. Could not be better! Pamela, our host, arranged everything and her referrals set us up for a perfect vacation. Her car rental contact, restaurant referrals and suggestions worked out perfectly. The view from her Condo is incredible and the pictures on her listing don't do it justice. Some hints: you will want a car - the walk from Flamingo Beach is steep. AVOID eating at Margaritaville- overpriced, grungy and infested with racoons at night that will climb on your upper level table and extra chairs. Loco Coco is great and there are many other very good places to eat. A well stocked grocery store is less than 5 minutes by car. Flamingo Beach is wonderful with great surf for boogie boarding or just relaxing. There is a BBQ in the unit but use the one by the pool. There are tables and sink for food preparation there. Thanks Pamela, we had a great time!

Fabulous Condo & Host!
This is our first trip to Costa Rica, and we could not be more pleased with this condo and the host. We had ocean views, super clean condo, and the host was very communicative in advance and greeted us and provided some details about the spacious 2BR 2 BA unit. We enjoyed sunset views of Flamingo Beach and the breeze on the patio. Perfect mobility for my 80 year old mother who has trouble with steps and stairs. We would stay here again, and highly recommend you book this unit. We were super pleased with surrounding area, come stay here, great food in the area, nice people, great unit.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in Playa Flamingo. Pamela was a fantastic host. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities you could ask for. Access to the beach was just a short walk or drive away and the infinity pool at the facility was very nice. Again, Pamela was an excellent host and even took care of reserving our rental car. She was just a call away if we needed any assistance. The view of the sunset from the patio was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this condo!!!!!
