In a quiet and wooded residence, a few steps from the beach, this beautiful 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 32m² with a large corner balcony facing South/West.
The apartment includes: a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed, a flat screen TV) opening onto a south/west facing balcony, an equipped kitchen (with a washing machine, 4 hotplates, an oven microwave and a refrigerator), a bedroom (with 2 bunk beds 140x190 and a sofa bed 140x190), a bathroom (bath and washbasin) and separate WC.
Parking is free in front of the residence, a private parking space.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
