Rustic Seaside House with Garden for Families in San Giovanni di Sinis
Casa il Giardino Di Peppino is a semi-detached holiday house set in San Giovanni di Sinis. It’s a large villa with two floors which has been divided in four parts. All four apartments (one on the first floor and three on the ground floor) have private entrances and the outside area has been equally divided. You will be staying at the ground floor. There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one single bedroom with private bathroom and one alcove bedroom. There are two bathrooms (please note one is ensuite), one large living room with tv and one kitchen. The outside area features a large garden and veranda, outdoor shower and barbecue. Please note that one of the bedrooms windows faces the neighbours' patio and one of the neighbours' windows faces your patio. This property is also equipped with washing machine, WI-FI, fans, mosquito nets and a cot. Currently, there is no air conditioning. Casa Il Giardino Di Peppino is located 2-min walk from the beach. Free street parking is available by the property.
