Könnte so viel schöner sein...
Check in und out sehr gut, konnten sogar etwas eher rein und später raus. Lage top für den, der Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht. Lage nicht so gut für den, der schnell in die umliegenden Orte will. Man braucht z.B. je nach Tageszeit bis zu 45 Minuten nach Lugano. Die Aussicht ist grandios, das ist das Highlight an diesem Objekt. Das WLan ging erst ab dem zweiten Abend. Der Router/ HotSpot musste neu gestartet werden, steht aber leider im verschlossenen Raum. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Es hat genügend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind die üblichen von Ikea und könnten mal ersetzt werden. Handtücher hat es genügend und sehr gute. Ein Bettbezug hatte einen defekten Reissverschluss, weshalb die Decke ständig rausrutschte. Auf dem Balkon hat es nur einen Bistrotisch mit 2 Stühlen sowie einen benutzten Aschenbecher mit Kippen drin. Letzteres ein absolutes NO GO! Auch wenn der Balkon schmal ist, könnte man da einiges mehr machen. Die Armaturen in Bad und Küche sind recht alt, entsprechend vergilbt, eine WC-Brille hatte einen grossen Riss. Die Seifenspenden und Mülleimer haben rostige Stellen. Im ganzen Haus hatte es permanent einen miefigen Geruch, wahrscheinlich aus der Waschküche. Der Garten ist total ungepflegt, die Geländer morsch und kaputt. Schade. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, hier soll schnell Geld verdient werden. Könnte man durchaus, wenn man etwas Geld investieren und alles auf Vordermann bringen würde. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution zog sich über drei Wochen hin, erst wurde angeblich aufs falsche Konto überwiesen, dann musste ich nochmal die Quittung der Kautionszahlung sowie meine Kontoangaben schicken. Das war etwas mühsam und sollte so nicht laufen! Fazit: Könnte so viel schöner sein, wenn man sich mal richtig um das Objekt kümmert. So empfehlen wir es nicht unbedingt...
