Five sleeps and one baby cot. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a cot is available upon request. The second bedroom features two single beds and a daybed (90 cm). Bathroom upper floor: shower and WC. Mezzanine bathroom: shower and separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric fire, fridge/small freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, and a fireplace. A large glass sliding door leads the way out onto the sun terrace, ideally suited for relaxed days and cosy lunches. Nicely furnished living area with a three-seater couch, a beanbag chair, a satellite TV with British channels, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo. Further details: three-storey house (souterrain). Entrance on the second floor. The bedroom is located on the upper floor; the kitchen is located on the rear of the house facing the terrace. Electrical oil heating in all rooms. Towels and linen are included, which comes in handy if you wish to travel with lightweight luggage. The final cleaning can be arranged at additional cost (EUR 60), please specify upon booking. Facilities: barbecue, parking space outside the house, garden. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fireplace, iron facilities, microwave oven, oven, washing machine. This property is in an amazing location with views overlooking the mountains. Everyday we sat on the patio and looked at the view and enjoyed the piece and quiet. This house 🏠 is just over an hour and a bit from the sea and also in a location to see castles and other historical sites.

Schöne Erinnerung an Limoux-Occitanie
Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in Cailla verbracht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Ausstattung und die Terasse die morgens und abends zu unserer home base wurde. Ein nettes Highlight war ein kleines Dorffest zu dem wir eingeladen wurden. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an Hans und Carla. Der sehr schlechte Mobilfunk Empfang im Ort hat uns den Check-In etwas erschwert, wird aber im Haus durch den guten WLAN Empfang kompensiert. Etwas tricky ist die Anfahrt und leider muss auch alles mit dem Auto angesteuert werden. Das hat uns morgens leider um das frisches Baguette und Schoko Croissant gebracht. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit aber gut verbracht. Ein Strand Aufenthalt, 7 Gipfel Wanderungen im Bezirk Lemoux, einige Gumpen und der See bei Puivert hnterlassen einen wehmütigen Gedanken an Cailla.

Maison charmante au calme
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison charmante, calme, conviviale (avec toutes ses bougies :) ) et fonctionnelle située au coeur d'un petit village. La grande terrasse a une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La région est magnifique, on s'est régalés. Merci Monica et merci Vincent.

Erholung in toller Umgebung
Wir haben die 2 Wochen wirklich sehr genossen! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verbindet sehr schön Altes mit Neuem. Es war alles da, was wir benötigten und vor allem die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Am liebsten saßen wir draußen auf der Terrasse oder im Garten. Ob Sonne, Schatten oder Aussicht genießen, es gab immer ein passendes Plätzchen! Die Lage war für uns ebenfalls perfekt, wir konnten sowohl in Richtung Carcassonne, als auch in Richtung Perpignan viele Burgen, Klöster, Schluchten und Wanderwege erreichen.

Maison pleine de charme dans un village authentique
La maison est ancienne, construite sur 3 etages et a beaucoup de charme. Le logement est neanmoins fonctionnel et la communication a ete tres fluide avec Monica. Coup de coeur pour la terrasse avec la vue degagee sur les arbres et les collines. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir ete la pour le fete du village.

Een weekje op de berg
Geweldige plek, afgelegen maar niet eenzaam. Piepklein gehucht waar je even onderdeel van bent. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in Katharen gebied. Huis comfortabel en bijzonder. Paste als een handschoen. Terras een plek om te wonen.

Zeer mooie ervaring in sfeervol huis
De woning is schoon en sfeervol ingericht, comfortabel voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. De tuin met uitzicht is prachtig. Ook de ontvangst door de huisbaas was aangenaam, evenals de communicatie met de eigenaar die een mooi boekje met tips heeft gemaakt. In de omgeving hebben wij voornamelijk genoten van zwemmen in prachtige natuurlijke zwembaden in de rivier bij de gorge de Galamus en de Fontaine des Amours. Het dorpje Cailla is authentiek, klein en afgelegen wat voor ons bijdroeg aan de ervaring. Desalniettemin zijn er grotere dorpen en attracties met de auto snel bereikbaar.

Sehr persönlich und schön eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage - toll!
Der Ort ist sehr klein und sehr ruhig - sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist von außen nicht in künstlichem "Toscana-Stil" aufgehübscht, aber von innen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, mit vielen hübschen Details. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (dadurch kann man die extrem teuren französischen Restaurants meiden), und von der Terrasse direkt vor der Wohnküche hat man den Bergblick in die Ferne. Die Abwicklung der Buchung mit der Vermieterin war einfach, freundlich und korrekt, und vor Ort brauchten wir keine Hilfe. W-LAN funktioniert.
