Great place to stay especially if you have small children! So much for them to do. Rooms were clean and restaurant was great! They took us in late at night after being ripped off by another hotel- 24 hr service there! We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for anyone with children. I was travelling with a friend and stayed here, great spot for kids but lots of pools for adults with no kids too. Bit far from the beach but doable if it isn’t too hot otherwise 10 min drive

Overally pretty decent
The hotel itself is a bit dated but there are lots of pools for kids and the staff are friendly. Food was a bit of a let down and too far from the city centre so you're stuck a bit if you want to eat.

Really great resort for families with 3 pools and 2 places to eat and lots happening to keep everyone entertained. Only issue we had was that the main bed was 2 singles pushed together so created an uncomfortable gap in the middle which hurt my husbands back otherwise would have got full 5 stars

Lots to love but lots we didn't like too. Firstly all staff encountered were fantastic so that's good. Bed was comfy, large room and aircon worked well. Beautiful surroundings. HOWEVER no parking near rooms, upper level access is only with stairs and at the time of stay, the back carparks were closed so a long walk including stairs to our room from the car. Room key wouldn't work all facilities such as the laundries and a vending machine but staff rectified it after returning to office. It was hard lugging laundry round the place trying to get in and having great trouble finding the entrance to the second laundry nearer the back of the property. Also seemed a lack of blankets considering aircon was needed to sleep? None on bed and one in cupboard that barely covered the top of the bed. It's a resort so probably all of this wouldn't be an issue if you're staying a week and have time to work out the glitches but definitely soured a one night stay.
