The room is cleaned daily, which is a positive aspect. However, the bins are too small, and the fridge does not consistently maintain its temperature. Overall, the service was well done, and the daily cleanliness measures ensured a spotless room whenever we returned from our activities. On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection is very slow, and we requested a refill of tea bags twice but never received them.

Great hotel. The restaurant had a very less food options for vegetarians. The only thing available is Pizza. They should add a few more options.

We arrived on a 38 degree C day and the room AC was not cooling the room at all. The promised Wi-Fi was down both in room and in lobby, and the room phone was full of static and the speaker was buzzing intermittently in the room. We made other arrangements and left within 90 minutes. Never again.

We stayed here for a night before hitting the road to Cape Tribulation. We had a great stroll along the esplanade before hitting the open road in the morning. Our room was spotless and had plenty of space.
