Thought the Hotel was beautiful, great location, great staff who all seem very happy to be working there. Did not enjoy our time around the pool when randoms came in off the street to use the pool. One afternoon a couple of girls just walked in off the street and were jumping yelling and screaming in the pool. Not pleasant at all.

Good location on less busy end of Esplanade. Front desk, wait staff and housekeeping staff all super-friendly, efficient and helpful. Great pools. On the downside, the carpets in our room were badly stained. We were told they were going to be replaced. In the meantime they felt ikky and spoiled our room experience.

Hotel is newer, and the room was good. We stayed in an ocean view room and it was a beautiful view. Restaurants (paper crane and rocco) were good. Food (restaurants and room service) could be improved by offering more basic dishes, not fancy food; no water offered at the pool even when ordering poolside food and drinks (front desk told us to buy the hotel's $20 glass water bottle and use that by the pool when glass isn't allowed by the pool). I would consider staying here again if I'm in the area as it is a bit further from the chaos of downtown.

What an amazing place to stay. It was amazingly quiet for how busy it was. The pool was amazing, we loved. Its location on the esplanade is great as it links you into the nightlife etc. Will definitely stay again.
