We really enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Flynn. It’s perfectly located for easy access to the esplanade, lagoon and marina, as well as many restaurants and shops. Convenient self-parking in parking garage ($15/night) available. Rooms were spacious and clean!

Bad lighting in the room . The main pool was freezing cold so we couldn’t relax with a drink as there was No service around the pool.fridge and room facilities not filled - had to ask! Room was not that clean. Bed not made properly. Some of the staff were apologetic but would not stay there again as it was a hit and miss of service.

Nice Hotel but do not go there if you have a car, parking was full, no one to help offload bags. Asked what are we meant to do at reception, answer - shrug!
