We absolutely loved our stay at the Nightcap. All staff from Housekeeping, Reception & Hotel staff made our stay so great, getting to know everyone whilst we were there was an absolute pleasure. The staff were friendly. However, no phone in the room, no tissues, no wash cloth, issues with wifi, breakfast was hit and miss, front desk was only open from 7.30 until 5.00

The suite itself was nice (though some of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean). We had arranged a late check-out, accepting the additional charge. But the next morning we were told we had to vacate 1 hour earlier. It was rather inconvenient. They did not properly charge us for the late check-out, so I guess it was not registered in their system. And it happened that they subsequently accepted an EARLY check-in the next day for our very suite, which got precedence over our late check-out request. Our forced hasty exit left us feeling annoyed.
