Staff were friendly, and there to help with any queries. The hotel was clean. The room and amenities were great and the view from the balcony was awesome. The hotel is in walking distance to the city and esplande. Would definitely recommend Rydges on the esplanade to anyone.

Wasnt overly impressed with the hotel, could definately use a renovation, and some cleaning. However the staff were friendly and helpful, and aside from the lifts seeming to stop on every second floor and take a long time, nothing really impeded the purpose of my stay.

Pleasant stay ,needing an update.
Room was good but needing an update. Balcony but no furniture to sit on. Restaurant very basic. Tennis court needs maintenance and new balls! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice quieter location but close to boardwalk.

Our check in was 2pm. At 6pm they told us that we couldn’t check in until 8pm… they spent Two hours trying to find us another hotel. I’m really disappointed. It was my nieces 21st party and we missed the food and the start of the party. I got offered breakfast but wasn’t told it closed early
