A very well designed and built hotel with a good room size and excellent bathroom. An excellent view of the Nile from the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good section of food. The one shortcoming is that there is no alcohol in the hotel. The roads around the hotel are not pedestrian friendly and its best to take an uber to move around.

The hotel is an oasis in Cairo, very safe place, big rooms, comfortable with amenities and awesome restaurants. They also have a shopping center!!! I will def go back to this hotel on my next stay in Cairo.🏝️

My experience was made amazing with the great held of the housekeeping staff, Walaa (works in the breakfast buffet) and the chef and young man(they served food from egypt on trolleys) who also work in the breakfast buffet who’s names i did not get. They made me feel SO welcome, and comfortable. I did not feel like i had to worry about anything and they went above and beyond to make me feel good even when i got a bit sick because my body was not use to cairo heat!

Grand stay over the river Nile
We have been upgraded to a river Nile view which is very much appreciated. Overall stay was good and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit busy but food choices are good.
