The hotel is an oasis in Cairo, very safe place, big rooms, comfortable with amenities and awesome restaurants. They also have a shopping center!!! I will def go back to this hotel on my next stay in Cairo.🏝️

Love this hotel, so many amenities, options for dinning, atm exchange money machines, shopping, great food, atmosphere, staff super attentive and helpful! Only thing we didnt like..they dont serve alcohol😒…at All, not at the bar, restaurant, pool or night club..ir was a deal breaker since we are on holiday…

My experience was made amazing with the great held of the housekeeping staff, Walaa (works in the breakfast buffet) and the chef and young man(they served food from egypt on trolleys) who also work in the breakfast buffet who’s names i did not get. They made me feel SO welcome, and comfortable. I did not feel like i had to worry about anything and they went above and beyond to make me feel good even when i got a bit sick because my body was not use to cairo heat!

Grand stay over the river Nile
We have been upgraded to a river Nile view which is very much appreciated. Overall stay was good and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit busy but food choices are good.

House keeping staff are very nice and friendly. Front desk burned out due to all the guests from the gulf “Saudi and Kuwaitis” these guests tend to be rude and demanding. Hardly any smiles unfortunately! Rooms are average due to rundown conditions, smoke smell. Key cards tend to stop working multiple times, you have to go down to front desk to reset. I did that 4 times in 4 days. For the most part, staff is trying their best to be nice BUT dealing with the Kuwaiti's and Saudi’s is a hard job. It will be hard to find a reason to come back! 4 nights was long enough.

I used to stay in this hotel before 10 or 15 years. Currently I do not advise anyone to stay in it. If you forced and did not find another hotel be careful of your belongings. My wife’s watch was taken from the room and the hotel did not help us to find it. There stuff are unfriendly and you they asked for tips all the time. In general run away from this hotel

Okay hotel … great location
Room is tired but comfortable Pool is great but the overall area is underwhelming - music too loud and no bar facilities as described. Not a biggie but would have been nice and given additional revenue to the hotel. Reception staff not at all friendly. This was our 9th night in Egypt and all the other hotel reception teams were much friendlier. Breakfast was an amazing selection and the restaurants we used were good. One night the Nubian restaurant got our order wrong and made us pay for the dish we didn’t order so that was annoying. There was also a wedding reception on the Terrace on our last night and as half the hotel looks out over the open air terrace it was super loud, even on the 32nd floor. This went on until 11pm and no way you could sleep through it as the room was vibrating with the sound. Great views as hotel right on the Nile.

Beware!
The room smelt awful, too tired to complain so went to bed. Woke up itching, seems like there are bed bugs? complained next day, received a slightly less smellier room with no itching. Bad hotel, Smelly rooms, Smelly pillows, pay a letter extra and stay in a real 5 star.
