Very friendly and helpful staff - we were offered tea on arrival during check-in and great recommendations for where to eat nearby. When we came to enquire about an early check out the next day the same staff member remembered what room we were in without having to check which made it really feel like a personalized experience! The room was lovely and the hotel is in a quiet location but there is easy access to the metro.
