brand new hotel, regarding the staff: all of them are really nice exept one of the girls in the reception that while the check in was really with a sour face (i came with a great vibe and happiness to be there and she was not a friendly face). she didn't help me with the online checking that you supposed to do there (it was in Portuguese and she was "mad" when i asked her help, any question i asked was followed with nails cliking on the ounter as if "you are disturbing me". the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful. cleaning level was not that great, sometime i had to call them to clean the very noticable dust and the hands mark on the sliding door to the balcony (was like that when got there). there is no cloesd closet in the room whick made my cloths to be with dust as well (was there for 9 days so my cloths was always out in the open) and no side stand next to the bed (phone and water needs to be on the floor. wifi disconnect a lot but it is like that in all places there. HOWEVER overtall great hotel and most chances are that i will go back to this hotel when going back to Morro, the room with the private pool is wonderful to have in front of that views.

Hotel agradavel e aconchegante.
Vamos la, o hotel é novo, mas acredito que alguns pontos são funcamentais para melhorar. O cafe da manha é maravilhoso, os atendentes sao incriveis, mas acredito que o local do cafe da manha em frente aos quartos do 1 andar deve ser apavorador, o hotel nao possui elevador, nem de carga, o que deixa a desejar, porque acaba em todo antar tendo shafts espalhados e barulhentos, no ultimo andar mesmo tem 2 e o barulho comeca as 5 6 da manha, o que nao é agradavel. A falta de elevador acaba sendo cansativo para subir 3 andares de escada, principalmente se tiver idoso, crianças. A falta de piscina acaba ficando esquecido devido a piscina do sambass, a localizacao excelente. O que mais é incrivel são os atendentes, todos eles, acabam tornando tudo maravilhoso, mais uma observacao, as postas de madeiras deixam um odor nos banheiros, a falta de janelas nos quartos, deveriam abrir mais, a não ser que a minha louca paixao conseguiu alguma limiar que proiba abrir janelas, visto que da pra piscina deles.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! Únicas duas pequenas reclamações. Primeira, as vezes faltavam algumas coisas no café da manhã, podia ser mais bem servido. Mas é detalhe! Tinha presunto Parma, que é incrível. Segundo, a piscina podia ser aquecida, para podermos aproveitar mais durante final da tarde e noite. Tirando isso, melhor pousada que já fiquei na cidade.

O Aqua tem uma ótima localização e um bom atendimento. Porém muita coisa para ajustar nesse processo de inauguração e obras. A área do café da manhã é apertada e muito quente. Entramos na quinta-feira (06/04/23) e percebemos que a qualidade e a variedade do café da manhã foi piorando ao longo dos dias. Passamos os 4 dias com um problema no mecanismo da descarga do vaso sanitário, recebemos o serviço de manutenção, porém o problema voltava a acontecer minutos depois. Criamos muita expectativa com alguns feedbacks que lemos e até mesmo pelo alto valor da diária, mas ficamos frustados com o todo.
