Traditional and cozy colonial mansion in Cajamarca historic center very near to the main square. The building is beautiful, however, it does not accommodate access for wheelchair guests. The staff is friendly and attentive. My mother and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet served with all-natural homemade juice, coffee, milk, a choice of eggs, ham, jam, butter, cheese, olives, typical bread, and more.

The food can be better. Our room is close to the Main Street connected with the Plaza de Armas, which the loud might affect the sleep quality.

Habitación aceptable. Sin embargo, solo nos dieron una toalla siendo la habitación para dos personas (dos camas). Nunca hicieron limpieza durante los días que estuvimos hospedados. A pesar de que se informó, acordaron limpiar la habitación pero nunca lo hicieron.

Nada que ver la publicidad con la realidad de la habitación. El servicio muy mal, no funcionó control de tv, de fono. El desayuno regular. La atención de bar pésimo, me hicieron esperar a pesar de estar el personal disponible. La limpieza de la habitación desagradable
