Serenity in a gritty town
My wife and I are always looking for peaceful places to stay so we can rest and recharge. Roque was that place much appreciates for the serene setting in large, elegant and modern house offering warmth. The beds were comfortable and the proprietor friendly and available, along with a maid who cooked breakfast including eggs and fresh bread.

What a great find!
We booked with just a couple of days notice on a holiday weekend and we ended up with the best room in the place. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and B&B’s and this was a gem. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was huge... room, bed, TV and bath. This was an estate converted to a lodge and everything is of high quality. Super quiet and beautiful grounds as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, full of light. Recommended for families or group of several people. Breakfast could be less frugal.. Also better signaling could make finding the place a bit easier.

Quiet Comfort in the middle of Cajamarca.
Gorgeous hotel that feels more like your staying in a Hacienda than is a hotel. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I couldn't ask for more. Very satisfied.

Es un lindo lugar, pero no hay nadie que te atienda al ingresar no hay persona que haga el check in, incluso al irme no sabía a quien pagar ya que no había nadie para hacer el pago tuve que depositar después a una persona encargada pero es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y lindo.

Fue una linda experiencia haber podido disfrutar de un servicio personalizado en el San Roque Lodge en Cajamarca. Supero largamente mis expectativas. Es una linda casa con cuatro habitaciones muy cómodas que te hacen sentir como en casa. La Sra. Doris Rodríguez, la responsable del Lodge, te atiende y asesora directamente con tips y consejos de los lugares a visitar, dónde comer, te arregla los tour y los transportes.
