Ana the receptionist was very professional, friendly make me feel welcome at the Time of check in. the other personnel at the time of check out not friendly at all. I didn't like that they didn't have a phone service to call room to room, the girls at the front desk stated that she can't call the rooms either was very inconvenient because I had an issue with my phone couldn't contact my friends we had a conflict. The security guards both were very helpful friendly and professional.

This place does not have enough parking, we were there 3 days and every time we arrived to the hotel it was disappointing to have to struggle to park somewhere. The last night our car was parked outside on a big street.
