"A great xmas break in the best area of Spain. Pool heated to 29 degrees, absolutely perfect. Lovely views all day and sun from morning until it leaves you the most stunning sunsets. Underfloor heating in villa was lovely. A great break and thanks to Utz and Natasha for everything. Thank you "

"We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the property itself is like a castle on the hill, feels very premium. It really is a large place so if you had a family you'd all have your own space. Multiple terraces to relax on, nice large pool outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The views are amazing also. It's probably the nicest place I've stayed at. Owner helped us when needed and checked up on us as the weather in the surrounding parts of Valencia had been really bad, but thankfully not affecting the area we where in. Recommend taking a car, nearby towns are full of great restaurants."

"Villa was great, had a gas barbi so excellent for cooking. Pool was only 1 min away. Plenty of basics at the villa. It's about a 30 min walk into the Town Centre so you would need a car especially if you have a young family."

"We spent a week at the villa as a family of five. We have visiting Moraira a number of times so know the area well, and the villa did not disappoint. The villa has amazing unobscured views and brilliant outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen / BBQ / eating area is a particular highlight. The owners messaged during our stay to check everything was as expected and also provide a local contact who can help with any issues if they arise while on holiday. Overall would recommend highly for families looking for a holiday villa."
