"While we thoroughly enjoyed our week at Minarette al Mar the internal layout was a bit limited for two families, it would be ideal for one. On the plus side, the outside spaces of the villa were great. Beautiful roof terrace with comfortable seating and plenty of loungers and seating around the large table. The pool though small, did the job as the fabulous beach was so close. We mainly chose the property as it was close to many amenities including tennis and padel. Restaurants nearby exceeded our expectations and overall, we liked Roche very much. Apart from the main bedroom, all were small and the upstairs bedroom had no door at the top of the stairs and therefore no privacy as this was also the only access to the roof terrace. The second double room also had mostly locked cupboards and with very little space around the bed, it was challenging to unpack/store bags! Hot water was very intermittent and we think an update on shower heads would be an asset to the villa. The kitchen was small but very well stocked with equipment, our only suggestion would be a larger or two bins, we constantly had recycling bags on the floor. The management company were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions and resolved any issues."
