Bit disappointed this time
Usually have a pretty good stay here staff are really goid but But feel standards have slipped a little. Restaurant not open before ir after christmas and not quite as clean as it usually is.

No chef available, so a little bit short on selection in the restaurant all 5 dishes were pasta, but we could go for a meal with our dog, and the service was very pleasant, also parking is very easy in the hotel grounds

Slightly tired hotel with outdated decor etc. However, it was clean and comfortable. It is a budget hotel and it delivered on that.

Good ferry stopover
Good location for ferries, not a pretty area, but seemed safe. Staff very welcoming and access needs met. Room clean, comfortable and as described. TV theoretically has UK channels but it doesn't. Breakfast very good range and quality. Nearby Chinese buffet good!

Hotel is budget so ok. Hair dryer over heating so not possible to use. Toilet was stained, no milk on beverage tray. Served its purpose for early morning departure, accepts pets and parking is good

A Standard ibis Hotel. Still has a dated feel to it even though it has had some restoration.
