☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 6 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 5 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Please note Bathroom 5 is open to the sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity, and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain. Ideal for couples.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 11.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ *24-hour power backup* (Inverter + Genset onsite).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
