Excelente estadia.
Condomínio maravilhoso. Piscina enorme coberta e ofurôs muito bons. Tem tobogãs e piscinas variadas pra quem vai com criança. A temperatura da água é bem quentinha. O apartamento é bom, tudo novo, tem secador de cabelo nos dois banheiros, chuveiro bom, a cama ficou um pouco a desejar, mas como fiquei duas noites apenas, não teve nenhum problema. Não sei avaliar quanto a cozinha pois não cozinhamos no imóvel. Os Lanches e petiscos do hotel tem preços acessíveis e são bem gostosos. No geral super recomendo o apto do José Luiz.

Satisfeito com a estadia.
Escolhi o imóvel para descansar durante o Carnaval. Foi muito bom. A cidade de Rio Quente é bem pequena e possui poucas opções de lazer. Tudo o que foi informado na propaganda do imóvel se confirmou. O proprietário foi muito gentil comigo. Fiquei satisfeito com a estadia no imóvel. Obrigado!

Apartamento muito novo, limpo e espaçoso. Nota 10 porém com uma ressalva para o administrador, o colchão extra que esta no box da cama de casal está embolorado necessitando de uma troca urgente pois não deixamos a criança dormir nele e as pias está ficando entupidas necessitando desentupir. Mas nada que não permitisse avaliar com nota 10.

Adoramos! O flat atendeu as nossas expectativas, espaçoso, tem 2 banheiros ótimos e nos surpreendeu com uma vista incrível da varanda. Escolhemos um período mais calmo (após feriado de Carnaval) justamente para termos um lazer de alto valor agregado. O apto do Marcelo nos surpreendeu com a organização e limpeza, bem como a mobília e eletrodomésticos bem conservados. A área de lazer conta com uma piscina coberta e mais dois ofurôs que podem ser aproveitados no período chuvoso... o que é uma grande vantagem. Para quem não quer seguir as opções de lazer do Hot Park e Pousa do Rio Quente esse flat atende muito bem a expectativa. Lugar de um ótimo atendimento !!!
