Front desk failure
Check-in did not use reservation #, next day locked us out of room said we didn’t pay. Had to pay again to get room opened. Showed receipts from hotels.com and credit card. Would not refund. Wasted 3 hours of vacation trying to solve their errors.

Muito satisfeito.
Ficamos no hotel apenas uma noite. No dia seguinte tomamos café (ótimo café da manhã) e em seguida fomos embora. Pelo pouco tempo da estadia, ficou uma boa impressão do local. Destaque para a honestidade e presteza da recepcionista que me telefonou comunicando do esquecimento de uma correntinha que a camareira encontrou no quarto após a nossa saída. Parabéns para as duas! Precisamos de pessoas honestas assim, para um mundo melhor.

péssima experiência
Pessima estadia, tivemos que solicitar varias vezes a limpeza do quarto. Em cinco dias , houve uma unica limpeza. A cortina da porta da varanda foi retirada e nao foi recolocada, o sol entrava no apartamento todo a pratir das 6 da manha.O ar condicionado nao funcionava bem. Solicitamos varias vezes um travesseiro, nunca foi entregue, tivemos que ir ao atendimento pra conseguir um travesseiro. Os atendentes sao muito despreparados, pedimos para um hospede extra no quarto, fomos atendidos com desprezo pela gerente,como o hotel estava cheio, nao tiveram o menor interesse e nada de desconto. A limpeza do hotel todo, principalmente os corredores, muito fraca.

Precisa de muitas melhorias
Pontos positivos deste hotel: bem localizado, já que fica muito próximo do parque aquático; café da manhã bem servido e com muitas opções. Pontos negativos: móveis velhos e quebrados; roupa de cama velha; limpeza precária; cozinha sem nenhum utensílio; serviço de atendimento inexistente. Ligamos na recepção duas vezes, uma pra pedir limpeza no quarto e outra para um serviço no quatro. Em ambas as ocasiões, embora confirmadas, nunca ocorreram; tivemos que procurar a faxineira por conta própria para limpar o quarto. Ao limpar, levou as toalhas e disse que não haviam outras para substituir. Depois de insistir, ela conseguiu somente as de banho para reposição.
TV torta e controle sem funcionar. Liguei na recepção e fui ignorado.
Praticamente todos os móveis velhos. Paredes sujas.
Gambiarra na tomada da TV do quarto, que também não funcionou.
