Excelente custo-benefício, hospedagem idêntica à contratada direto com hotel. O café da manhã custou 28 reais por pessoa e continua ótimo, com pães, bolos, frutas, frios, pamonha, cuscuz, sucos naturais, máquina de café e chocolate, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Tudo muito fresco. Por conta da pandemia, o serviço de arrumação diário do quarto não está sendo feito, mas se precisar de toalhas, por exemplo, é so pedir.

Ja estive hospedada antes e achei que a qualidade caiu, senti uma diferenca muito grande no jantar, antes tinha muito mais opcoes e mais saborosas, pelo valor do jantar imaginei que a qualidade tivesse aumentado, os caldos nao consegui tomar porque nao eram cuados, a sopa de aspargo, de milho cheio de bagacos quase engasguei, infelizmente nao foi so reclamacao minha, outras pessoas tambem reclamaram, a area de lazer da piscina suja, claro que os hospedes nao contribuiam, o hotel precisa ser mais rigido quanto a regras, de nao poder comer e beber dentro da piscina, eu vi criancas tomando sorvete e comendo banana, tem que ter avisos de nao poder comer e beber dentro da piscina, as piscinas sujas nogentas, com papel, palito de dente um horror.

O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã excelente, jantar delicioso, camas confortáveis, mas o ar-condicionado é péssimo! Extremamente barulhento! Sorte que durante a noite fazia frio, daí conseguíamos dormir com o ar desligado. Em duas estadias anteriores, ficamos em quartos em que o ar-condicionado tbm era do mesmo modo, muito barulhento! A rede Best Wester PRECISA melhorar isso!
