Welcome to our Urban Retreat, nestled in the heart of Calgary’s serene Wolf Willow community. Our charming 2-bedroom basement suite offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance. Spread out in our 700 sq ft suite, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy. Two cozy bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep for families, friends, or business travelers. In-suite Laundry: No need to hunt for laundromats; keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay. TV to unwind and enjoy favorite shows.

The legal basement suite features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full bed. Each bed sleeps 2 people comfortably.
The bathroom is modern and well-appointed. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table that seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The suite comes with a dedicated parking spot

The suite has its own HVAC system to keep you warm in winter and it is naturally cool in summer.
