Check in process could have been smoother if the front desk agent checked our reservation details properly, it was frustrating because we came from a long drive and had an unpleasant experience. I also do not appreciate her being sarcastic to me during the check in process. Ordered room service and tried their nachos with ground seasoned beef as per the menu and surprised that the beef was clearly chunks of burger patties and seemed like leftovers. But I had good encounter with other staff - Eunice from housekeeping was very accommodating and Mary from the restaurant was exceptional. They are the reasons why I would love to come back otherwise other areas can be improved. Also loved the upgraded shower.

We drove from St. Albert and arrived early at 1pm. We could not check in till 2pm and because we were in a hurry to get to another event, we wanted to drop off our luggage and fresh in up. We were charged $25 for early check in which is not acceptable. Will not be coming back.

I never leave reviews but felt this warranted an exception. This place is lovely. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast offerings were delicious, the rooms were well appointed and clean. Absolutely felt we received excellent value for what we paid. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Calgary.

Very nice staff and hotel. The rooms have a dark feel to them but otherwise it was nice. The breakfast was just standard, nothing special .The nicest part of the hotel was the staff

We arrived late after 11pm and needed to be back at the airport for 6am. The 530 shuttle was full and no other option was provided. Didnt appreciate the lack of customer service to find another option. Its not our fault we came in late and the shuttle was full. Should have offered to pay for a cab as we already had such a short stay.
