We booked two rooms here to be closer to Banff and didn't expect much. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. The mattress was also remarkably comfortable.

For an older motel it has everything you need for a comfortable night stay. No need for them to offer breakfast as there are several restaurant choices a quick walk away including Timmies. I really liked the easy access to walking trails through a community and along the Bow River. The price is right!!
