THE SPACE:
Our home comes with a smartlock on the front door so you won’t have to worry about any keys. Easily check yourself in at anytime with the code we will provide on your arrival day. We’ve also made sure to fully stock our home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.
This spacious home has 2 master bedrooms, each with their own private ensuites. The additional 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable during their stay. This home also comes with 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens!!

ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire main floor and upper level of the home. The basement has a suite with its own separate entrance. The only shared space is the driveway outside which is used for parking vehicles.
ENTERING/LEAVING
The front door of our home has a smartlock so you can easily check yourself in and not have to worry about keys. The code for the door will be provided on the day of your arrival.
PARKING
The RIGHT SIDE of the driveway is all yours to park your vehicles. There is enough room to park 2 vehicles on the RIGHT SIDE of the driveway. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the basement tenants.
BASEMENT
The basement of our home has a suite with tenants below. The basement suite has it’s own separate entrance so you will not have to interact with the tenants.
Other things to note:
• Guests have access to this entire home, except for the basement which has a suite with tenants. The basement has its own separate entrance so guests will not have to interact with tenants.
• Wifi is through Telus for lightning quick service.
• Wifi name and password is on fridge.
• Host can be contacted through the Vrbo app at anytime.
• Please do not call or text unless it is an emergency.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- STRICT NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE - $500 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE.
- STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
- Vehicles that are restricting access to driveways will be TICKETED AND TOWED.
- STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
- STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
**We can provide a pack n' play crib for a fee of $40
