Our property features a delightful basement suite within our home with a private entrance, perfectly positioned for your mountain adventures! Nestled in the heart of Rockland Park, you'll enjoy easy access to thrilling hiking trails, biking routes, and a plethora of outdoor recreation options in both Canmore and Banff. Embrace nature and embark on unforgettable experiences.

This property is a legal and private access newly built basement suite with no shared amenities and spaces. The top floor of this property is occupied by my family. In the basement suite, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, a separate side entrance, and stylish finishes that'll make you feel right at home.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've furnished the property with top-of-the-line appliances, including a brand new refrigerator, a separate heating system for you to regulate the temperature, and a new washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Please note that the park near the house is being built and you may experience some noise during working hours. Please keep the windows and doors closed to minimize the noise.

The property features plenty free street parking only less than 10ft from the building.
