The room I rented didn't have any windows, but otherwise was spacious and very nice. You need to contact staff to get into the building the first time and then they set you up with an app that allows you to access the building - very clever. Each bedroom has its own door code too, but mine wasn't very secure (easy to guess) and not changeable, I was told. I still felt relatively safe and apparently other rooms don't have this issue. Kitchen space is shared, with most of the amenities you could want. An odd lack of spoons and one of the electric kettles was heavily calcified. I liked that there was a "free" bin where people could put food to share if they had too much. Bathroom was clean, also shared.

You have to have your phone at all times. Try to remember all the codes to open doors. Kitchen very clean, bathrooms are clean. Living room, nobody knows how to switch channels. No guide.

I sent you guys a video of the lack of privacy we had and they kicked me out the next day three days earlier after I sent you guys the video I would like sone sort of refund they used a excuse if I took peoples food out of the fridge

What a great accommodation in Calgary! Spacious and clean living room and kitchen, TV, and private room, kindful staff. It was good experience. I'll stay there if I visit Calgary again

Location is perfect. Quiet building, friendly hosts, private locked rooms. Room rates are affordable. Would be nice if guests were provided more than one towel for 5 day stay and the kitchen is lacking oven pans. Bought food i couldn't eat because I had nothing to cook it on. Plus with 1 spoon, there were times when one of the other guests were patiently waiting for me to finish making my tea. Those were the only things I would say were on the negative side. Great place, would stay again as well as recommend to others.

Lenita was very responsive and helpful during my stay. Guy was responsive via the Expedia app and I requested him to make my room cooler, next morning John came and reset the thermostat for my comfort. It's sharing bathrooms and showers but I always for the facility clean as can be.

It is a good place, very clean with excellent and comfortable spaces such as the kitchen, TV room and bedroom. The attention was excellent from Letina, who is the administrator's assistant, as well as the administrator. I totally recommend it for those who are passing through and the great location.
