This house is like a dream with 180 degree mountain and ravine views. This impeccable family home is in the quiet west community of town giving you quick access to the mountains from highway 1A.
The house offers you a welcoming living area on main floor with 6 seater dining. Upstairs is an ensuite master bedroom, queen bedroom and full bedroom that can sleep 6.
Outside deck is huge with 6 seater dining and a propane barbecue.

The space
Welcome to our prestige property with expansive mountain and valley views. Enjoy quick getaway to Banff in an hour drive or hike to Kananaskis and Canmore peaks. If you want to spend the day at home, there is a local playground, basketball court and charming community garden with walking and bike trails that connect you to the Great trail by Bow river.

MAIN FLOOR:

Over 2100 sq ft of living space in the house, the main floor is spacious with access to full size deck from the patio door. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded kitchen stove with in built air fryer. There is also an instant pot, blender and a sandwich maker.

UPSTAIRS:

3 bedrooms upstairs (master suite with ensuite)with king bed, a queen bedroom and a full size bedroom.
Bonus room has 2 3 seaters sofa for family and friends to entertain or play indoor games.

BASEMENT: Not Accessible as its a separate basement suite which is an exquisite British style pub style property that you can book by looking us up with the name of Cowboys Nest or message your host if you are interested in getting a deal on the entire property.
