Not as advertised, Lovely condo but not luxury experience
Location excellent, well appointed building. I wish I could say nicer things but I was very disappointed in overall experience. Laundry in the washer and dryer upon arrival (noticed after tour of unit) left a very bad impression. (mildew smell coming from washer). I chose this place bc w/d were available and knew I would be needing them; I shouldn’t have to empty owners things to use laundry. Owners response: sorry feel free to use sheets etc ????? Quiet despite location and unit is GROUND FLOOR (which should have been mentioned) in a busy area with fairly heavy road and pedestrian traffic (reason for closed blinds in photo); great kitchen appliances but cookware cheap and tired; NOT a king size bed, (it’s a queen) and made sloppily. Would have been nice to have decent bedding: comfortable pillows, linens etc with pillow, mattress & quilt protectors (for hygiene!). Quilt smelled like body odour. Tub and shower curtains not clean. Previous guests opened food items left in kitchen cupboards. Yuck! Some furniture items broken / badly worn. I travel a lot and this rates as one of my most disappointing accommodation experiences.

The apartment was spotless. Right in the middle of everything so we could walk to restaurants & public transportation. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
The host met me to show me the unit and how to used the underground parkade. The unit is clean and comfortable. Perfect convenient location to walk to hot spots downtown. We were able to walk to the core mall, 7th ave restaurants, and take in a festival without needing to call a Taxi during the entire trip. Our suv was parked safely and securely in a roomy parking space. Usually parkades can only fit small cars so I was relieved to see there was a bigger space for my vehicle and not needing to worry about dings from other vehicles
