Unreliable Host left us without a place to stay.
This host should be removed from VRBO. They did not respond to any of my questions leading up to our reservation date.On our reservation date, we received no check in information. VRBO's customer service did the best they could but the host did not respond to them with.On the day AFTER our reservation the host cancelled it stating age of guest.VRBO'S staff was excellent and they honored the refund policy but but we had nowhere to stay and it was stressful. If VRBO does not remove this host, they should be prepared for negative reviews of themselves as well as the host
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2024
