Went the the Grey Eagle to meet with family. This was my second visit to this location and is by far the best service and environment you can ask for. The people here are friendly and courteous. The food is simply amazing in the Hotel or casino. They are doing renovations on some floors and although they warn you a out extra.noise we didnt hear anything. Will definitely be back

Excellent but…
Great place to stay in all aspects except parking for hotel guests but being a casino with entertainment venues it is to be expected that parking will fluctuate especially in the winter when everyone wants a spot as close to the hotel/casino as possible. Other than that highly recommended.

Husband and I travelled to Grey Eagle to spend a weekend in the Calgary area from Edmonton. We were greeted by friendly staff and were accommodated when we asked to extend our vacation an additional night. Staff were attentive to guests needs. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Rooms are also a very large size. Will certainly look forward to coming back to stay very soon :) Casino was a good size with a variety of table games and slots. Was a bit smokey despite having smoking section, cigarette smoke did wafted over to the non smoking areas quite easily. Buffet was great, Blaze Bar & Grille was awesome and a great deal! Service was superb (shout out to our amazing server Jennifer) -1 star was based on the smokiness of the casino, and the buffet service was mediocre… otherwise everything was GREAT!
