Please be aware that accessing the backyard and basement requires steps, so individuals with physical limitations may find this less suitable.
- Feel free to use the washer and dryer, and take advantage of our front and back yards. For parking, there's space on the left side of the driveway for one larger vehicle or the option to double park two smaller cars on the same side.
☀ For security reasons, our house is equipped with exterior cameras both at the front and back, recording video and audio to the cloud 24/7.
☀ Please remember that this is our home, not a hotel. Please treat our place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to sort them out ASAP.
☀ Due to the nature of a basement suite, there may be occasional noise from everyday activities in our home above (oven hood fan, occasional visits from our grandson and granddaughter), but we make efforts to minimize it.
☀ Please note that although the kitchen’s portable stove and oven are sufficient for cooking meals, they are smaller than a full-size stove and oven. The suite does not have a dishwasher.
