First of all when i booked this hotel I booked the Penthouse Suite (booked in April), a week before i was going to check in (early July) they sent me the instructions and it was for a completely different unit then what i booked. They told me there is nothing they could do and it was Expedia error, i lucky found PROOF that I did indeed book the penthouse, I decided to keep my reservation as is as it was stampede weekend and NO hotels were available unless you wanted to pay $400/night. LUCKILY there was a "cancellation" with the penthouse so we ended up getting it. It was about plus 30 the weekend we were there, no AC as indicated just a few fans, i tried to call the office to see how to get the AC working or if they indeed had it, left VM never got a call back that weekend. Needless to say we basically melted and made it VERY uncomfortable to sleep. Now about the $400 "DEPOSIT" they say they "have" to charge it and will reimburse you 29 days or something after check out - first of all what kind of hotel charges your card instead of taking a pre-auth ANYWAYS they charged me the $400. End of July rolls around no refund to my card, called the office DAILY, SENT EMAILS, LEFT VOICEMAILS and did anyone call me back ..... NOPE!!! this place is a complete JOKE - i had too call my credit card and dispute - OCTOBER NOW !! and i just got my 400 bucks back. SO end of the day was a nice place to stay but defiantly NOT worth the headache - Hopefully you guys can improve your services.
