We stayed here for easy access to the airport for an early morning flight. A family with two children under 3 years old. We were upgraded to a king suite which was great! Very spacious and a great layout. The room was quiet even though it was so close to the airport. Bed was really comfortable. Some wear and tear was visible on some items in the room. Breakfast was standard, cold continental. It would have been nice to have a waffle or pancake machine or some hot items. They are replacing the carpets as others have said - looks pretty messy and feels unclean but didn't actually impact our stay

Booked 2 rooms, front desk even asked, "so you booked 2 rooms?" We were so tired and when she gave us the card keys, we thought it was for both rooms already. Once we reached one of the rooms, we found out there was just the card key for 1 room. We called and the front desk said "oh, you want to have both rooms now". We went down and got the 2nd card keys, no apologies for the inconvenience caused. Toiletries were mediocre, shower curtain was torn from the rings, breakfast is so,so.

My stay this time was not as good. My room was below another and it sounded like I had a noisy neighbour above me. I could hear every step, door closing, toilet flush etc. Very difficult to fall asleep, and they were awake early, so no sleep in.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean , quiet and well appointed. The kitchenette was very nice to have. Cold breakfast buffet had good selection. It would be nice to have hot items included. Carpet was missing in hallways due to renovation, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Best part was that there is kitchen in every room and made it very easy for the family with small children’s. The hotel is very close to airport so it’s very convenient if you land late at the Calgary airport
