I have to share my unpleasant experience of staying at this Radisson hotel. I expected a higher level of service. At check-in they took a deposit of $100. Water was provided reluctantly during the stay - literally had to beg, although I was sick, and therefore I needed water take the drugs.
In addition, they had a poster that they are offering a complimentary breakfast for Thanksgiving. And the manager at the reception confirmed that we could come for it tomorrow and even told us the time when we could do it. However, the next morning, another manager, Anna, said that we were not entitled to this compliment because some reservation dates and promotions did not match. In any case, this contradicted what her colleague had told us, but she was not convinced and we had to go into downtown for breakfast - this attitude was very unpleasant. I cannot imagine this in a good hotel.
Finally, I can say that cleaning in this hotel is done only upon request. Although there was no sign on the door, we found our room uncleaned in the evening and no one had come in all day since 10am.
So, I have a bad impression of the Radisson chain of hotels. I would prefer to stay at some other hotel and I advise you to do the same.
