Keys stopped working several times. They kept having us new keys. We weren’t able to access ice machine and gym area. Rick had to come open the door for us. The phone in the room didn’t work. We weren’t able to dial 0 or call the front desk. When I went downstairs to let them know he was on the phone with someone and we had to wait few minutes before I was able to talk to him. Not happy!

A “home” away from home
The hotel staff are very accommodating. I love the small kitchen in the room. The location of the hotel is close to the bus stop, train station, mall and other attractions within 10-15 minutes walk.
