Eau Claire Sheraton
From the valet and front desk, everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The parking roundabout is challenging at peak times, but the challenges mostly come from other entitled travellers vs the staff (who handle all of the pressure with dignity). Great location!

We are disappointed with this property.. I have stayed here a few times in the past and it was definitely better we had to call house keeping to get our heating fixed as the room was colder than a fridge - when the maintenance guy checked the furnace vent the filter was caked so badly … then we had to call again as the pull out bed had no pillows or blanket .. the price we paid for 1 night was definitely not worth $400!!.. do better!

My husband and I brought our kitty to stay the night for her birthday. She is the first pet we got together and is 9 years old now. We have gotten many other pets since we got her, and we realized she doesn’t really like any of them and just wants to be with us. So for her birthday we took her for a mini vacation away from the other animals and give her a night with just us. Your staff were very accommodating providing food bowls and a pillow for her to sleep on. It was a very special night for us and we felt very cozy and happy at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
