Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention accusatory of erroneous allegations. Staff came to my room after i already checked in and asked to see my ID. Said i was not registered as a guest!! Im furious. Staff member never apologized. Also kicked me guests out for celebrating my sons 6th birthday and said we are not allowed to swim

Nice hotel in Cali-Md
Very good experience, customer service very cordial and courteous. Facilities , room very comfortable and super clean. My only disappointment was unable to use the pool during my stay ; perhaps there should be kids hours and adult hours so we all can enjoy it .

Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is hot and unusually flavorful with the forest view outside. Our room, diner area and other facilities are spotless. The cleanliness is so remarkable that we went to thank the cleaning crew member Stephen Guy. We will come back again.
