A charming retreat, Callala Bay Gem combines a traditional cottage and a fully modern guest house, connected by spacious outdoor dining and entertaining areas, complete with a covered BBQ and spa. Located just a four-minute walk from pristine beaches and the stunning Wowly Creek Reserve, this pet and child-friendly property accommodates up to 11 guests (depending on your group configuration).

The main house features a fully-equipped kitchen with filtered water, a dining area for eight, a big-screen TV lounge, and two cozy bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The guest house offers a private queen-size bedroom, a kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a serene courtyard surrounded by lush gardens—ideal for relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine.

The heart of the property is its expansive outdoor entertainment space. Enjoy dining, lounging, a full-sized ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a covered BBQ area. A covered spa adds a touch of luxury, perfect for unwinding any time.

Stay comfortable year-round with brand-new air conditioning in both houses. Entertainment includes two TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, local streaming apps, and a library of books, board games, and movies. An Hdmi cable is ready for your gaming console.
