The living area is ground floor and comfortably furnished with entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room with access to covered terrace windows with 3 double glazed windows with shutters, 1 bedroom with access to fully renovated bathroom with bath and shower combination (suite) and 1 bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The swimming pool with Romanesque arch is located behind the house and is equipped with steps is about 4 m by 9 m at the pool you can have a cozy bbq there is a table with 4 chairs and a sofa with awning provided. At the pool there are 4 sun beds. Here you can relax after a busy day out, have a nice chat with a glass of wine or a beer and a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue. Disappointed
The whole of the road network of the Urbanisation is currently being dug up. We could not access the private parking as the house was surrounded by a deep trench. The host had not mentioned any of this even though we booked more than a year ago and she had known since Sept 2022. This would have probably changed our booking. There was no offer of any compensation even though there was building work being carried out 5 days a week. My car was so dirty I had to jet wash it when we left. Generally the house was well equipped however in our opinion was tired and had not been cleaned to a high standard. Although the pool was nice the garden needed to be tidied up with a broken childs slide and sun lounger being present. We decided to leave the property two nights early and stay in a nearby hotel. We would not recommend this property.

Great stay
Thank you Gerda for your nice welcome. The house was quiet and had everything we needed. Pity about the thunderstorms but the few days of pleasant weather made up for the rainy days. The terrace was a nice sunny spot and wonderful by the pool. The BBQ was perfect. Thanks again and hope to be back next year!

Good quiet location with a nearby beach. A well equipped property with friendly owner.
This property did not disappoint. The property description is accurate, and the pool and garden are great for relaxing in. The location is an ideal base for exploring the local area (including an excellent local winery) and the nearby beach. The town of Calonge is worth a visit on market day (Thursday), and there are several supermarkets within a few kilometres. A car is a necessity due to the quiet location.

Very well equipped villa
This villa on the Mas Pere urbanisation in Calonge is spacious and very well equipped. There is parking for 2 cars. A private pool and garden which is totally enclosed so great for our 2 dogs. Calonge old town is a few minutes by car and is lovely St. Antoni the newer beach area is around 8 mins by car. The villa is a perfect base to explore the area or just relax by the pool with a drink and a book. Gerda our host is very friendly and welcoming.

Geschenkt wäre noch zu teuer...
Als wir Montag das Haus erreichten, waren wir sehr geschockt über den Zustand. Keine der guten Bewertungen kann ich verstehen. Ich würde so gerne die Fotos hochladen, die ich gemacht habe, aber leider ist das hier nicht möglich. Es war nicht nur sehr dreckig, sondern die Möbel waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Couch war voller Haare und Staub und völlig vergilbt. Schweißrückstände und Sonnencreme sind hier nie entfernt worden. Der Kühlschrank war sowohl von innen, als auch von außen mit Klebeband zusammengeflickt und sehr dreckig und völlig vergilbt. Der Küchenschrank ist offensichtlich nass geworden und verschimmelt aufgequollen. Die Töpfe waren von innen verrostet, der Backofen war komplett versifft, die Fliesen waren komplett verdreckt mit Fett. Die Dusche war komplett voll mit Kalk, Dreck und Schimmel. Da kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern befestigt wurde, diese aber großzügig geöffnet wurden, waren die toten Mücken an den Wänden und der Decke keine Verwunderung. Überall waren Blutflecken von den toten Mücken. Die Nachtschränke waren kaputt. Die Vermieterin selbst sagte zu mir "Ja, das ist richtig. Die Schränkchen sind kaputt." Die Möbel im Außenbereich waren nicht nur dreckig, sondern auch kaputt. An den Stühlen war nicht nur Rost, sondern die Armlehnen fehlten. Die Sitzflächen waren durchgesessen und löchrig. Urlaub in Calonge
Gerda ist sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Richtig toller grosser Pool mit umzäunten Garten für Hund Leider riecht das Haus und die Möbel muffig. Grösse und Aufteilung vom Haus super. Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Badezimmer waren renoviert und top. Leider konnte man sich mit manchen Gerüchen nicht ganz anfreunden. Achtung starler Mückenalarm!!! Empfehlung, insektenschuzz an Fenstern. Ansonsten schöne Zeit gehabt. Tip: Strand St. Antoni und Shoppingmeile 12 Min. mit Auto.

La casa està muy bien es fácil de llegar y tienes supermercados cerca, el pueblo de Calonge está a 7’ o menos en coche y toda la zona de Caloge, St. Antoni de C. Palpamos etc es muy bonita, está muy bien comunicado AP-7 y autovías . La dueña súper amable.

Fühlen,ganz wie zu Hause…
…ich kann manche Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Wir sind in diesem Jahr 2 x hier gewesen und kommen mit Sicherheit in Zukunft regelmäßig! Momentan wird die Urbanisation erneuert. Ein Umstand, für den die Vermieterin nichts kann. Natürlich habe ich bei einer (momentan) sandigen „Straße“ mehr zu Putzen, aber hey, wir reden hier von einem Tisch, der auf der Terrasse steht und diese 1x am Tag zu fegen. Ansonsten lässt Gerda (eine ganz bezaubernde Dame) einem völlig freie Hand, was das Interieur betrifft. Du kannst umstellen, selbst etwas dazu steuern, oder was auch immer. Unser 2 Huskies fühlen sich „Pudelwohl“ und sind relaxt, wie zu Hause. Das haben wir auch anders erlebt, da wir schon seit über 8 Jahren nach Spanien kommen und davor 3 Finken ausprobiert haben. Die Fenster und Türen sind definitiv hoher Standard und eher ungewöhnlich, in der Vermietung. Der „Geruch“ in der Finka, ist zum Teil typisch für die Vermietung in Spanien und zum anderen, nicht die Schuld der Vermieterin, wenn z.B. darin geraucht wurde. Wie soll sie das denn bitte kontrollieren, oder gar verbieten? Da wir es auch aus anderen Finken kennen, bewaffne ich mich halt mit meinen Duftkerzen & Steckern für die Steckdose. Damit hat man Alles ruckzuck aus der Hütte. Die Anbindung zum nächsten Supermarkt (Spar 1200m, Pijuan 3km und Aldi 3,5km) ist gut, sollte aber mobil erfolgen. Ansonsten gibt das weitere Umfeld für jeden Geschmack etwas her (Rad fahren, Wandern, Golfen, Gastro, Shoppen uvm.)

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist gross. Der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig trotz lüften geht der nicht raus genauso wenig wie der Rauchgeruch. Man merkt halt das im Haus geraucht werden darf. Die Sauberkeit, na ja jeder hat da seine Vorstellung. Für uns persönlich war es einfach zu unsauber. Die Küche müsste mal erneuert werden in den Schränken riecht man das es irgendwo nass ist. Geschirr ist aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt. An sich ein schönes Haus das aber dringend renoviert/saniert werden müsste. Sehr alte Steckdosen, alte Lichtschalter usw. Ein Bad ist relativ neu und sehr schön.Da ein Fenster mitten in der Dusche ist, ist dort natürlich auch Schimmel am Fenster und dem Gurt, da dieser ständig nass wird. Allgemein die Rollläden gurte sind sehr schmutzig. Die Betten sind angenehm zu schlafen, nicht durchgelegen. Es gibt Ventilatoren in den Zimmer, die aber auch leider sehr sehr schmutzig sind. Ich hab versucht sie zu säubern, aber keine chance. Zuviel alter staub vorhanden. Nicht mal absaugen ging. Zumal der Staubsauger sehr unangenehm riecht. Ich hab dann nur lieber mit dem Besen gekehrt. Der Pool ist sauber. 2x die Woche kommt jemand zum säubern. Am besten etwas gegen mückenstiche mitnehmen da es sehr viele moskitos gibt.Frau Gerda ist total lieb und freundlich. Wir haben im Haus nur geschlafen, deshalb haben wir Gerda nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Jeder hat da ja seine eigene Vorstellung von Sauberkeit. Die strasse ist angenehm ruhig.

Très belles vacances !
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la jolie propriété de Gerda , tout est conforme à la description , la propriété est complètement reblanchie extérieur et intérieur ,la piscine avec grande profondeur est très jolie et sur la terrasse avec barbecue il y a une jolie table ronde avec parasol et chaises hautes, la literie très confortable , la cuisine beaucoup de vaisselles, le salon très confortable, nous avons tout apprécié et cerise sur le gâteau la grande gentillesse de Gerda qui est toujours à votre écoute, nous rrecommandons vraiment cette location et y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Super séjour
Une très bonne semaine passée chez Gerda à Calonge. Maison toute équipée, rien ne manque. Quartier calme, belle vue dégagée sur la terrasse. Coin piscine sans vis à vis, ensoleillé dès le matin. Plusieurs supermarchés aux alentours, ainsi qu’un centre médical à quelques minutes en voiture. La plage, située à une dizaine de minutes en voiture est pratique d’accès, très propre et pas surchargée de monde même en plein juillet. La mer est transparente et de bonne température. Un séjour à refaire !

Notre séjour dans la maison de Gerda s'est très bien déroulé. Il n'y manque rien. Gerda est très agréable et est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus. Calonge est proche de la mer. Région agréable à visiter et la voiture est nécessaire . Peut etre ameliorer le portail. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Fantastisch verblijf gehad en super lieve eigenares
Gezellige woning met alle comfort . Verzorgd leuk zwembad . Mooi uitzicht op de bergen . Ruime slaapkamer . Twee badkamers. Heel rustig . Buurt zelf vond ik wel wat minder , straat niet aangelegd en totaal geen natuur . Maar in wijde omgeving wel alles voorhanden ! Veel supermarkten , strand ook vlakbij en centrum Playa d'aro maar op een 10' rijden. Palamos zeker een aanrader met super mooie baaien ! Geweldige vakantie gehad !! Zeker het aanraden waard !

Mooie villa met zwembad maar wel wat achterstallig onderhoud
Beoordeling Casa Elle Calonge We hadden met z'n viertjes de villa Casa Elle geboekt van 27 september 2018 tot 9 oktober 2018 dus 12 nachten. Bij aankomst gebeld met Gerda die ons door het huis rondleidde. Naast de toeristenbelasting (was bekend) werden ook schoonmaakkosten (niet bekend) in rekening gebracht. Dat viel tegen want op de site van HomeAway worden de schoonmaakkosten niet vermeld. De villa is gelegen in de wijk Mas Pere in Calonge en ligt wat hoger waardoor er een mooi uitzicht is op de heuvels in de buurt. Voor restaurants kun je beter de auto nemen. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant ligt op 750 meter en er zijn meerdere restaurants in de buurt en natuurlijk aan het strand in Sant Antoni de Calonge. De villa zelf is ruim en beschikt over 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en een huiskamer en keuken. Op het ruime terras kun je s'morgens heerlijk ontbijten. Je kunt inmiddels wel zien dat de villa ruim 20 jaar oud is en wat gedateerd. Wat extra onderhoud zou gewenst zijn. Wij kwamen de volgende dingen tegen: Het afvoerputje van de badkamer met inloopdouche bleek niet goed door te lopen en dit hebben we vanwege de wateroverlast zelf verholpen. In dezelfde badkamer was er ook een lekkage bij de wastafel. De tweede badkamer met douche in bad had helaas geen douchegordijn waardoor een deel van de badkamervloer nat wordt. In een slaapkamer was de raamhor losgeraakt wat niet handig is met de muggen. De 2 losse éénpersoonsbedden in slaapkamer 1 hadden geen onderlakens waardoor alles snel losraakt. Het 2-persoonsbed in slaapkamer 2 had een plasticlaag onder het onderlaken wat niet fris is en niet lekker ligt. Het tafelkleed voor de ontbijttafel was niet schoon. Wij hebben onze opmerkingen besproken met Gerda die aangaf dat in de winterperiode extra onderhoud zal plaatsvinden. Het is handig om na aankomst boodschappen te doen en naast de ontbijtspullen ook handzeep voor de badkamers, suiker, water, (extra) toiletrollen, afwasmiddel en vatendoekjes in huis te halen. Onze opmerkingen zijn bedoeld voor toekomstige gasten en we hebben verder een geweldig verblijf gehad in Calonge. De douches zijn goed met heet water en een goede straal. De villa is ruim en bij slecht weer kun je in de huiskamer verblijven. Er is een mooi zwembad en de auto kun je op het eigen terrein parkeren. Er is veel te zien in de omgeving. De woning voldoet op de meeste punten echter er zijn wel verbeterpunten.
De woning is compleet maar wel verouderd. Er is geen airconditioning, bedden zijn matig en de algemene omgeving is niet zeer aantrekkelijk. Het zwembad daarentegen is goed onderhouden er is een fijne barbecue en er zijn gezellige zitjes. Het sanitair is aan vervanging toe.
